The Sustainability Days of the University of Graz

Given the global challenges we face in the 21^st century sustainability is a constantly present topic that politicians, companies and organizations, as well as private individuals, have to deal with.

Above all, the university as an institution can make a big difference. The University of Graz, with its 31,000 students, has the opportunity to motivate young people towards a more sustainable use of resources and to train them to become critical thinkers and thoughtful individuals.

The aim of the Sustainability Days is to inform students, employees and representatives of politics, science and business and to motivate them to exchange ideas and actively participate. Every year the Sustainability Days  focus on a specific topic in order to shed new light on the topic of sustainability.

This year, the Sustainability Days - All we need is CHANGE took place on 8^th and 9^th June 2022 and revolved around the topic of "Transforming Education for Sustainable Futures".
